I found these jewels in a field down from the family farm. I absolutely love to see a field of yellow and have a very hard time resisting the urge to go pluck them for my house. (Obviously, the temptation got the best of me this time.)

Spring Fever
When I get the opportunity to fill my house with these, my heart is just happy. Buttercups have always been my favorite flower and man do they bring on the Spring Fever for me. Unfortunately, I also am well aware that with the blooming of the buttercups comes the knowledge that we are in for at least one more good freeze.
